Deidara and the person who largely inspired his character - Okamoto Tarou. Deidara’s catchphrase “Art is an explosion!” was originally coined by Tarou. Several of Deidara’s sculptures resemble Tarou’s works. Perhaps his work “Tower of the Sun” seems familiar as well?
